Refund policy

OUR REFUND POLICY:

Thank you for shopping with LABELED. We strive to do all we can to hope you love your purchase(s). However, we do not offer refunds. If you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) within in 7 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition. Once items are returned you are entitled to a store credit. 

We cannot accept items that appear to have been worn, washed, and are not in original condition. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odor. 

*SALE/PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately, sale/promotional items cannot be returned. For sanitary reasons, intimate wear cannot be returned.

HOW TO COMPLETE A RETURN:

Please send us an email with your order number in the subject field. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.  

If you are approved, then your return will be processed.  Please allow up to 10 days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. Where items are returned to us outside of this time period we reserve the right to return the item to you. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a track-able shipping service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.
